This position requires the ability to keep close relationships with our clients and partners and stay awarded of V*GAM’s new products in order to advise our clients and guide them over their buying process and to develop our list of relations. An individual with proven interpersonal skills, leadership and organizations to play an essential role in developing the V*GAM culture where fun, respect, innovation and authenticity cohabit. Includes sales abilities, advising clients, regular formations, prospecting and after- sales follow-up.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES :
• Make prospection to find new client
• Stay inform of the market’s changes and new trends
• Keep our clients and partners inform of V*GAM’s new product lines
• Develop relations with new contacts to expand our company’s activities Find new strategies to sales V*GAM’s products
• Advise clients and guide them into their buying process
• Evaluate the customers satisfaction
• Carry out the complaints management
• Offer a customer service that respect our business standards
• Make after-sales follow-up with the customers
